Employee benefits are a great way to increase moral, engagement, loyalty and much more. However, how do you go about measuring these impacts?
At Boost, we have many tried and tested ways to gather this vital data either including post launch benefits surveys or (our preference) a full evaluation exercise including pre, post and time delayed surveys in line with your benefits launch timeline.
Unlike standard employee surveys, the questions we use here seek to show a true correlation between actions (such as frequently of logging in to a benefits platform) and impact on engagement (as well as other key business metrics).
We can also help you prove the value of your benefits package by comparing the perceived value of your Total Reward Statements (TRS), hopefully proving that those most engaged in your benefits scheme perceive the value of their TRS to be higher than those less engaged.
